Black Bears are pretty small bro, you'd use the same kind of thing you'd take elk hunting.

I used to hunt small stuff (birds mostly) from a really young age, I lived on a farm and dad taught me and my bro to shoot at like 6 years old (srs). He also taught us stealth and tracking and anti-tracking (via being ex-SAS) and it was so fucking awesome. I miss it. I live in upper middle class suburbia now and I have to drive a long way to get into any legal hunting areas. Also Australian gun laws fucking SUCK.

My younger brother (Corporal in the Aus Army) has a personal gun safe with 4 sweet rifles in there, and he's modifying one and adding sweet attachments and making it into a super badass weapon. He's taking me out hunting in a few months time, hopefully nail some pigs and other stuff.

My baby is a pre-64 Winchester Model 70 .30-06, and I think I might ask for my dad's Kimber Gold Match 1911 since he has a Clark Long Slide he likes a lot more. I think he's been trying to unload a few of his .22 pistols for a while too so I'll probably wind up with a couple of Buckmarks by default. He's mostly a target pistol shooter himself, but we have been hunting and trap/skeet shooting.

Michigan is really hard state to pin, because you basically have 3 general types of people:
-In Eastern Michigan you have tons of black people/poor people (Detroit/Flint/Saginaw area) who are horribly liberal and are cheap as fuck, extremely violent, super ghetto trash. Hence all of the nicknames like Sagnasty etc.
-In Western Michigan you have basically Portland spread out across an entire state. Grand Rapids/Big Rapids/Cadillac/Traverse City/Petoskey is full of hipster assholes. Straight up 131 = BEWARE OF THE NFC!
-Spread throughout in the woods you have backwoods retards similar to what you would encounter in West Virginia/Kentucky. Michigan is a really strange place to live.

Also, Traverse City is legitimately a tiny version of Portland. I hate it.

Fox hunting is about all there is in Ireland. Traditionally enjoyed by rich British landlord classes trolling their tenants by rampaging through their farms so it's kinda in built to raeg on it. Not veg but still not feeling this

I've never killed an animal with a gun (killed animals lots of other weird ways though), but I used to shoot trap and skeet a lot. My friend got an AR-15 and I want to try that shit out so bad, I think I even got a bunch of 5.56 ammo lying around in my basement somewhere. Guns are just fun as hell, all there is to it. I never get to shoot em enough though.

I did used to go spearfishing as a kid, being Australia there are all kinds of wonderfully vibrant and exotic fish to stab.
